Message from the president (Mr. Yoshimasa Arai)

I am Yoshimasa Arai, and I have assumed the position of President as of June 23, 2022. Thank you very much for your continued support. Nisso Green Co., Ltd. (NSG) was established in 1999 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Soda Co., Ltd., NSG focus agrochemicals and agricultural materials for non-agricultural markets such as home & garden, turf & lawns, and forestry. NSG also sells biological pesticides and biostimulants (i.e., foliar fertilizers) for fruit trees, vegetables, and field crops. Since September 2018, we have been the exclusive distributor of the product "Green Guard", a tree trunk injectant for preventing Pine wilt disease, following the acquisition of the business by Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. Since 2019, we have also begun full-scale exports of biostimulants and agricultural materials. We are committed to providing our customers with safe, high-quality products as well as high-quality technical services in efforts to realize a rich society and life in harmony with the natural environment. As a member of the Nippon Soda Group, I am committed to fulfilling my social responsibility in the company by conducting fair and transparent business activities based on compliance in accordance with the Nisso Group Code of Conduct, actively promoting CSR, and strengthening internal control functions as we strive to be a company where employees can work with peace of mind and pride. Compliance
Our parent company Nippon Soda Co.,Ltd. has established a “compliance committee” to ensure that the whole group companies conduct business activities in accordance with Legal compliance and Corporate ethics. NSG has also appointed a compliance officer as a member of group company. In order to implement thoroughly the compliance, “the Nisso Group Code of Conduct” is made known to the management and all the employees and training is provided.
